1. Return Eligibility.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and free items (if any)

Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Used products showing clear signs of wear beyond normal inspection
3. Used Cameras & Used Equipment.
For used cameras or used gadgets:

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in the same condition as sold

Any additional damage or tampering may result in a partial refund or rejection

Kala Gadgets reserves the right to inspect used items before approving a refund
4. Refunds (If Approved).
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are:

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect item sent
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with proof and clear photos/videos of the issue.
6. Return Shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kala Gadgets is not responsible for lost return packages
7. Damaged or Defective Items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
